A MAN charged with attempted murder, drink and drug drivers, and stalkers are among the Cheshire defendants to appear in court over the past week.

The trial of a man charged with attempted murder outside a gym in Northwich has been pushed back until next year.
Samson Price, of Sefton Road in Wigan, was set to stand trial at Chester Crown Court today, Monday.
The trial will now take commence on January 30, 2023.
The 48-year-old denies attempting to murder a 20-year-old from Winsford on the evening of Thursday, September 23, 2021.
A Northwich woman has been banned from the roads after being caught behind the wheel while three times the drug limit for cocaine.
Joanne Cooke, of Fairfield Road, was stopped by police in Northwich Road, Runcorn, on July 1 earlier this year.
The 53-year-old was subsequently found to have 32 microgrammes of cocaine per litre of blood in her system - over the limit of 10 microgrammes.
A 27-year-old Northwich man who attacked and stalked a woman has been spared jailed.
Jonathan Bacegalupo previously pleaded guilty to assault, stalking without fear and possession of a class B drug at Warrington Magistrates’ Court – which a deputy district judge said could have ‘easily’ landed him in prison.
During a sentencing hearing at the court on September 27, it was heard Bacegalupo – of Beech Lane in Barnton – had made a number of phone calls to the woman and went to her home address in Middlewich despite being told to leave her alone.
A 36-year-old man has been fined more than £400 after being in charge of a child while drunk.
Angleo Sunch, who lives in Northwich, appeared in Chester Magistrates’ Court on September 27 where he pleaded guilty to the offence, as well as to one charge of drink driving.
The court heard how on September 6 of this year, Sunch was drunk in Chester Road, Northwich, while being in charge of a child.
He was caught driving a vehicle along this road after drinking alcohol and gave a reading of 68 micogrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
'Dangerous' bikers from Northwich have avoided immediate prison sentences after speeding and overtaking other road users near Chester.
Appearing in Chester Magistrates’ Court on September 27, Francisco Da Costa Marques, 46 of Flower Street, and Jose Leite, 49 of Beeston Street, were sentenced and banned from the roads for various traffic offences.
A Winsford man has been banned from the roads for five years after driving while more than twice the legal drink-drive limit.
Martin King, of Regency Court, got behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta in Crewe on August 17.
The 52-year-old gave a reading of 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit of 35 microgrammes.
Speeding landed a Knutsford driver with a £100 court bill.
James Whittaker, of Toft Road, pleaded guilty at Wirral Magistrates court to exceeding the legal 30mph when the case was heard on September 27.
The 51-year-old was caught on camera driving an Audi at 41mph on Leeds Street and Vauxhall Road in Liverpool on March 12, this year.
A woman has admitted stalking another woman and will be sentenced next month
Leah Dipnall, of Oakfield Road, Alderley Edge, pleaded guilty at Stockport Magistrates Court on September 26 to causing serious alarm and distress to a named victim.
The 23-year-old is accused of incidents involving a woman in Stockport between October 8 and November 28, last year.
