Cllr Alison Gerrard said she was disgusted with the toilets earlier this year
I WAS horrified recently when I used the toilets near Northwich market by the disgusting state of them, filthy toilet bowls in not just one but several, paper stuffed down them and very poor hand hygiene facilities.
Is this what is supposed to attract visitors to our shops?
