Town has a 'carbuncle'
SO NORTHWICH is one of the best towns around?
Well it is unique in being the only town I know of with a turquoise ‘carbuncle’ and a new pedestrian crossing in exactly the same place as an old underpass!
Oh, and the only town with a mile long bypass with five sets of traffic lights.
