I WOULD like to ask a driver if he feels good about the fact that, in Sainsbury's car park in Northwich on January 5, between 2.20pm and 2.40pm, he scraped my daughter's car while I was in the store?
The trolley attendant kindly pointed this out to him and said he should report the incident to Customer Services.
He said he would do and was seen walking off (with the aid of a stick) towards the store. The next thing he did was turn around, get back in his car and drive off, giving a two fingered sign to the trolley attendant.
It makes you wonder what kind of person would do that, to think it was OK not to report it and then make a gesture of that nature to someone who was only doing the right thing.
The incident has been reported to the police and they are looking into it with the help of CCTV.
