I AM writing in response to the letters in the Guardian, December 24, regarding the new building in the centre of Northwich.
I also believe the appearance is totally out of character with the surroundings and will be a blot on the landscape for eternity unless it is changed.
The question we should be asking is who within Cheshire West and Chester Council was responsible for its design approval, and what part, if any, did our local councillors play?
In essence, who agreed to the design at local and CWAC level?
The letter from Cllr Sam Naylor leads me to believe they were not involved; if not, why not?
