THE recent letter from David North makes much sense.
I did think he was being a little kind to the old political parties by describing them as “stagnant”.
The current old political parties are not just stagnant they are actively and deliberately destructive to the wellbeing of this country and its population.
There seems little point in the electorate making a so-called protest vote at a mid-term by-election and then returning to vote for their usual party at the general election.
Whatever a voter’s allegiance in the past, it is quite clear that none of the old parties either represent or respect the wishes and interests of their supporters.
It is certainly time for radical change at the next general election.
I support the views of David North and the message seems clear, if you don’t like what is happening to this country, then ignore the meaningless promises of those old parties. Forget your allegiances of the past.
Use your vote and vote for change.
