Spend our money wisely
I THINK that the council has no right to spend £3,000 of Winsford residents' hard-earned money.
The football club concerned may bear the name of 'Winsford', but it is not a public company.
It is a private company, which having received this money, could easily up sticks, move to another town, and change their name.
This stinks just as much as the money Salford Council has recently given to another private company that is a rugby club.
