  • "MPs only use their constituents views to write their manifestoes, as soon as they're in power they just do their own thing - witness Cameron's instruction to 'Dump the Green crap' as soon as he got into power. Hence, despite the horendous floods and other extreme weather events we've been having recently, they cave in to pressure from the oil bullies to allow this dangerous, destructive and highly polluting vandalism."

Concern over issue of fracking

Concern over issue of fracking

I AM extremely disturbed about the possibility of fracking in this area.

The fact that most of Cheshire is like a Swiss cheese below ground with all the salt work does nothing to restore my confidence.

Especially as I have been advised by my local MP Stephen O'Brien, that he supports the Fracking Bill.

This is not acceptable, and I have told him so. When are our MPs going to listen to their constituents?

I cannot be the only person in this area with concerns about the fracking.
