When?
Today, Monday, at 1pm
Where?
The FA will publish the draw in full on their official website here
Who?
There will be 128 teams vying for a place at the next stage.
Only four clubs from the North West Counties League – 1874 Northwich, Alsager Town, Bootle and City of Liverpool – are guaranteed to play in the second round.
Runcorn Linnets will replay their head-to-head with Team Northumbria after a 1-1 draw, while AFC Darwen’s meeting with Marske was postponed.
Ashton Athletic led 3-0 against Liversedge before the game was abandoned due to the adverse weather conditions.
A decision on whether that result stands will be made later this morning.
Meanwhile a total of 27 sides enter the competition at the second round as a reward for reaching the last 32 in the previous edition.
The draw is made on a geographical basis, although the official FA Vase rules offer no more detail than that.
Prize money
There is £900 up for grabs for those teams that progress to the third round proper.
Clubs eliminated at this stage receive £300.
After three wins to date - away to Vauxhall Motors, Congleton Town and then at Irlam - 1874 Northwich have already ensured they will bank £2,100 from this season’s edition.
They can add that to £10,925 earned this season by prevailing in four FA Cup ties.
For the diary
Second round ties are scheduled to take placed on Saturday, November 11, kick-off 3pm
