Dutton WI by Barbara Walton
The speaker for this month’s Dutton WI meeting on May 12, was Mrs Jean Harding, talking about Projects of the ACWW and she was thanked by Mrs Trish Byrne.
Tea was provided by Mrs K Willis, Mrs C Hough, and Mrs I Rutter. Flowers were provided by Mrs B Priestner. A trip to The Brindly Theatre on May 15 to see South Pacific was enjoyed by all members. A plant sale was held on May 16 in the village hall.
Members enjoyed their annual WI Dinner at The Holly Bush, the food being highly recommended.
