WINSFORD Lifestyle Centre is looking for entrants for their Swimathon sessions on Saturday, April 17.
Thousands of other swimmers are already limbering up to take part in the world’s biggest fundraising swim for Marie Curie Cancer Care and The Swimathon Foundation.
Winsford Lifestyle Centre is one of over 500 pools across the UK taking part in Swimathon.
Centre manager Julie Kirkham said: “Swimathon is a great event to get involved in as it gives you a challenge to work toward, as well as raising money for charity.”
It is open to everyone, encouraging people to swim either five, 2.5 or 1.5 kilometres. For those interested in joining forces with friends, colleagues or family, the 5k challenge can also be completed as part of a team with up to five people.
