THE magic of Christmas panto comes to Northwich this year in the form of Cinderella.
The Grange Theatre, in Hartford, will be showcasing the Halle Productions’ six-figure version of the fairytale, fautring Coronation Street’s Casey-Lee Jolleys (Orchid) in the lead.
Production manager, Michael Hizer, said: “A pantomime at Christmas is as part of British culture as a roast turkey for lunch, and for families across Cheshire, Cinderella will be the perfect festive treat that will warm your hearts and leave your bellies aching with laughter.
“The Grange Theatre is a fantastic venue for us as we are able to bring a highly professional, magical Christmas performance to residents of surrounding towns and villages, some of which aren’t able to travel to Manchester or Liverpool.”
Cinderella runs from Saturday, December 5 until Sunday, January 3 with shows starting at either 5pm or 7pm and a matinee performance at either 1pm or 2pm.
Tickets are priced at £12 for adults and £8 for children. Carers of those in wheelchairs go free. To purchase tickets visit chesterfestivals.co.uk or for performance dates and directions to the theatre, visit cheshirepanto.com.
