AN invitation is being sent out to design the logo for Cheshire West and Chester Shadow Council.
The competition for the logo carries a £500 prize for the winning design and is open to all residents and businesses in Cheshire West and Chester, including employees from its existing councils.
The new council aims to be dynamic, forward-looking, inspiring, professional, fresh and innovative.
Clr Myles Hogg, customer services portfolio holder, said: “We would like the logo to reflect the aims of the new council, and utilise a symbol that is based on the area or its heritage, or its people.”
