DRIVERS are being warned of delays after a crash on the M6.
The crash occurred this morning, Friday, on the northbound carriageway between junction 18, A54, for Middlewich and Holmes Chapel, and junction 19, A556, for Knutsford.
Lanes one and two of four are closed and traffic is moving slowly, and drivers are being warned of delays of around 15 minutes above normal journey time.
A National Highways North-West said: “Two lane are currently closed on the M6 northbound between junction 18, for Middlewich, and junction 19, for Knutsford.
“The closure is due to a road traffic collision.
“We expect the carriageway to be cleared by 2pm, which normal road conditions returning soon after.”
