Motorists warned of delays as M56 partially blocked following crash (Image: Newsquest)
MOTORISTS are being warned of delays on the motorway this morning, Wednesday.
It comes following a crash on the M56 heading westbound.
The collision occurred shortly before 11am between junction 10 for the A49 Tarporley Road at Stretton and junction 11 for the A56 Chester Road at Preston Brook.
The carriageway is partially blocked as a result, with queueing traffic building.
Drivers are advised to avoid the incident if possible or allow extra time for journeys.
