KINGSMEAD Residents' Association is holding an urgent meeting for all residents on February 14, in the main hall of Sir John Deane's College at 7.30pm.
It concerns the developers announcing their intention to hand over the management of the estate to residents. Issues discussed will be the future management and financing of Kingsmead.
