RESIDENTS in Davenham and Kingsmead will not have to pay extra for the services of their parish council.
Davenham Parish Council has kept its Council Tax precept the same for the third year in a row.
Chairman Clr Arthur Wood said: "We have, once again, kept our precept exactly the same.
"Where everyone else is pushing theirs up, only we have kept ours the same - a nought per cent increase in three years."
