THE A49 at Bartington will close from Friday for five days.
The road will be closed while Cheshire West and Chester Council highways teams resurface the road with Gripfibre.
The closure extends from the A533 Runcorn Road to Willow Green Lane.
A signed diversion will use the A49, A556 and A533.
