Kingsmead Parish Council says 'no guarantee' issues raised online will be dealt with
KINGSMEAD Parish Council has responded to reports of complaints about its services.
The parish clerk has reminded residents to contact the council directly as there is ‘no guarantee’ that issues raised on social media will be dealt with.
Jo O’Donoghue, KPC clerk, said: “The council is made up of 10 elected councillors who receive no payment for their community service and a paid part time clerk.
“I believe we do an excellent job over a large area but appreciate there is always room for improvement.
“With this in mind contact me with any issues you have. If you have any positive comments to share I would be delighted to hear from you too.”
