CHESHIRE Stars S found the going tough against high-flying Oaklands when they met in the South Cheshire Premier League’s top-flight.
The Middlewich-based outfit are still searching for a first Premier Division victory this season after a sequence of seven defeats.
In Division One, Stars A suffered a narrow 25-23 defeat against promotion-chasing Scorpions.
Emily Coop was their player of the match.
Stars R collected a bonus point following a 24-19 reverse against Bentley in the same section.
Harriet Fairlee was their outstanding performer on court.
It leaves them eighth in the table, while Stars A are seven points better off in sixth with one match left.
