CHESHIRE Blades Football Club in Nantwich was given a makeover with the help of a group of volunteers.
Staff at Morrisons Manufacturing in Winsford kicked off their new community help initiative by chipping in to help do some painting at the club, which is used by disabled children.
A team from the factory off Bostock Road went along on Wednesday, May 17, to paint inside the club and help freshen the club and make it look more welcoming.
Becky Dalziel, from Morrisons Manufacturing, said: “The football club really needed some help painting and could not fulfil this task on their own and needed some help.
“It was a fantastic success. The football club were very happy with the job that was done, we have even been invited back to help them out again. We believe this could be the start of a new partnership.”
