Police at Gadbrook Park after stopping the van
POLICE arrested a man from Warwickshire this morning on suspicion of kidnap after stopping a van at Gadbrook Park.
A Cheshire Police spokesman said: “Shortly after 10am today, Thursday, May 18, officers from Cheshire Roads Policing Team stopped a Silver Vauxhall Viraro van on Gadbrook Park, as a result of intelligence received from another police force.
“After stopping the vehicle a 29-year-old man from Whitnash was arrested on suspicion of kidnap. The man has since been transferred to Warwickshire Police.”
The Guardian contacted Cheshire Police after being tweeted a picture (above) by a reader of the incident at Gadbrook Park.
