THREE employees with 126 years of service between them are saying farewell to mosshaselhurst solicitors.

Sue Lever is retiring on March 31 from her role as Conveyancing Executive after 49 years’ service.

Janet Cross, Probate Executive, retired on March 17 after 47 years, and receptionist Jen Capper, is retiring on April 27 after 30 years’ service.

Sue said: “I have enjoyed my years working for mosshaselhurst and meeting the many clients who have moved house several times and always come back for the friendly service.

“I still keep in touch with many colleagues I have enjoyed working with down the years.”

Sue was born and bred in Northwich and has lived in Moulton for 45 years. She is looking forward to spending more time with her grandchildren and travelling around Britain and Europe in her touring caravan.

Janet said: “My time at mosshaselhurst has given me the opportunity to meet a huge number of people many of them wonderful characters whom I have been able to help at one of the most sad and traumatic times in their lives.

“I have taken great pleasure and satisfaction in helping them out when they are often at their most vulnerable.”

Janet is now looking forward to spending more time with her husband Brian and her family and taking more trips out to Sweden to see her son and his family who live in Stockholm.

She is also hoping she will have more time to play Crown Green Bowls for Moulton Royal British Legion and pursue her other hobbies, including swimming, reading and gardening.

Jen said: “I have enjoyed my time at mosshaselhurst on reception and have made many good friends including Sue and Janet who are retiring with me. It will seem strange not to be there as it has been a big part of my life and I will miss everyone.”

Jen is looking forward to retiring and having more time to enjoy her three lovely grandchildren and spending time with her husband, Dave.

Following Janet’s retirement, the Wills and Probate Team will be led by Francesca Breakspear.

Following Sue’s retirement, the property team at Northwich will be led by Rebecca Antony, supported by Awlad Miah and Debbie Keeley.
