DUE to illness a planned Safari Supper in aid of the Lostock Green Methodist Church Restoration Fund has been cancelled.

The fundraiser was due to take place on Saturday, June 11, and will be replaced by a barbecue at 39 Birches Lane, Lostock Green on the same evening, June 11.

The event starts at 7pm, and includes a main course and a dessert.

Tickets are £15 for adults, £8 for under-16s and under-8s are admitted free.

Tickets people bought for the Safari Supper are still valid for the barbecue, and the difference between the ticket prices for both events will be refunded.
