Davenham planning appeal date
PLANS for a housing estate in Davenham will face a public inquiry next week.
Developer Richborough Estates is appealing against Cheshire West and Chester Council's decision to refuse plans for 70 homes at land in Fountain Lane.
The appeal inquiry starts at Wyvern House, in Winsford, at 10am on Tuesday, April 28, and is set to conclude on Friday, May 1.
