A NEW PCSO is getting to know his beat around Leftwich and Kingsmead.

PCSO Robbie Stott is the latest recruit to join Northwich’s Neighbourhood Policing Team and will be covering the two villages.

“I’ve wanted to join the force since I was 18 and feel like this role as PCSO is better suited to me because I like to be out on the streets and engaging with people,” he said.

He replaces PCSO Caroline Stevens, who will now cover Hartford.

“I’ve been chatting to Caroline to see what the issues are in Leftwich and Kingsmead,” he said.

“I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone and working in the community.”
