DOGS, books and bike rides will combine on Saturday, March 15, for a social cycle with a difference in Sandiway.
The family friendly ride, aimed primarily at primary and junior children, will start at Sandiway Library at 9.45am and head down Kennel Lane to Whitegate Way and back.
The route for ‘Blue Cap and Bluebells – Spring Ride and Read’ will take in woodland tracks and includes a visit to see the Cheshire Hunt hounds at the kennels on the way.
After the ride there will be refreshments and story time at the library, in Mere Lane.
PCSO Ryan Reid will also be on hand to offer bike security marking to participants.
The ride is being run through British Cycling’s Breeze and Buddy bike rides programme.
For more information visit breezebikerides.com and search for the Breeze version of the ride to register women and children and the Buddy version to register men.
