WOMEN across Cheshire have been inspired to let their bodies wobble and venture into business after a Winsford mum brought the latest fitness craze to the borough.

Mother-of-two Emma Collins opened her High Street-based Wobble Away in May after she tried a vibration and oscillation machine in Shrewsbury.

“When I came home I started ringing gyms to see if they had any but nowhere had any,” said 32-year-old Emma, who used to work for J.D Wetherspoon.

“I spoke to my fiancé and he said it was a good idea so I looked for somewhere to open up and it went from there.

“I took off a lot faster than I expected and we have 2,007 people on the books now.”

Since Emma opened Wobble Away in May, similar stores have opened in Winsford, Northwich and Crewe.

“There are a lot more places with the X-Fit machines now – good luck to all who have ventured into this business.”

As well as offering people an interesting way to lose weight, Wobble Away also boasts its own little community.

“We’re like a family – you’re only in for 10 minutes but people really feel like they can talk to me and I really like that side of it.

“We have all different sorts of people that come in – we’ve even got one customer who is 84.

“We’ve had women come in who were going to have liposuction but after seeing results with the X-Fit machines she decided against it.

“It’s just perfect for people who don’t have time to go to the gym, and if you do go to the gym as well, it will help you to see results sooner.”

Wobble Away offers a free trial for new customers.
