SUSAN JANE STUBBS (nee Wakefield) On 17th July 2017 after a short illness, Susan aged 61 years. Devoted partner of Peter and dearest daughter of Hazel and the late James Wakefield. Loving mother to Darren, Kevin, Hermione, George and the late Mark and mother in law to Claire, Sharon, Tim and Izzie. Beloved sister of Jennifer, Peter and Nigel and sister in law to Michael, Caroline and Brenda. Loving nanna to Neve, Hamish, Lily Jean, Rebecca, Henri, James and Rose and great grandmother to Theo. Caring aunt and Cousin. Funeral Service to take place at Nuneaton Crematorium on Thursday 27th July at 3:45pm. Memorial Service to be held at St Mary's Church Weaverham at a later date to be confirmed
