Hazel May Hallett (Nee Lewis) Peacefully at St Luke's Hospice on 23rd August 2014. Hazel, aged 76 years of Anderton and formerly of Weaverham. The beloved Wife of Brian, much loved Mum of Judith and Nick, cherished Grandma of Jennifer, Charlotte, Nathan and Jacob and Great Grandmother of Brody and Alexa-Rose who will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. Service will take place at St Mary's Church, Weaverham on Friday 5th September at 12noon followed by committal at Walton Lea Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
