Pub just needs a refurb
REGARDING the plans to build homes on the site of The Maypole pub in Acton Bridge which closed last year.
This pub was busier than most of the other Punch pubs in the area, despite not having a penny spent on it in years, and massive refurbishments being undertaken at the others.
A small refurb and some fresh management and this place could be back to its best.
