Hand over the car parks
CHESHIRE West and Chester Council is suggesting it costs money to manage the car parks in Northwich, which is the reason it needs to charge.
How about releasing some facts from the audited accounts to support the claim?
Why could it not hand over the management of the Northwich car parks to Northwich Town Council?
That would save CWAC the expenses it is quoting.
Surely the town council is in a better position to understand the needs of the town and could run the car parks without the need for charging and damaging the towns shopping businesses?
