I WAS extremely concerned and disappointed to read the results of the NHS England GP Patient Survey, Guardian, July 13.
Having been a patient of Weaverham Surgery for three years, I can only express my sincere thanks in reference to the excellent service I have received, both from the frontline staff and the excellent GPs.
I suffer severe mental health disease (40 years) and my GP has been overwhelmingly supportive and ensured the vital support that I need is available.
The staff, from the receptionists to the nurses, work tirelessly to ensure patients are treated with dignity and respect and receive the relevant treatment the surgery is allowed to provide.
