SINCE the new M&S car park has been open, the shopping trolleys have been left on the old car park; so you get out of your car, walk over to the old car park, do your shopping and then go all the way back with your trolley to get your £1 out.
Someone who can’t walk very well finds it very hard.
I have asked management in the store when are the shopping trolleys going to be moved and have been told twice that this will be done shortly. How long is shortly?
Do we have to wait until the town is finished in 2016/17 for this to happen? Also there are only four blue-badge places. There were six or seven on the old car park. Why only four?
Most supermarkets have six or more places plus mother and baby ones so maybe we need to change our shopping to another store.
Like Joan Mills, Hartford in last week’s Guardian, I am not happy.
