WITTON Albion's squad has been boosted by news that Joe Ferguson will remain at the club.
The club confirmed they have extended the youth loan of the Blackburn Rovers prospect by a further month.
The full-back's initial deal expired following Saturday's game against Matlock Town but manager Carl Macauley was keen to keep him as part of his squad.
Ferguson has made three appearances for Albion since joining the club last month.
