WITTON Albion's reward for causing an FA Cup shock on Saturday is a clash with National League North opposition.
Ben Harrison's side won away at higher-ranked opponents in the first qualifying round, with James Steele and Tom Hoyle netting in a 2-0 win at Northern Premier League Premier Division high-flyers Avro.
And as a result, they have now been handed a trip to the north east to face South Shields in the second qualifying round.
The tie will take place on Saturday, September 19, which means their scheduled NPL West Division trip to Clitheroe will now be rearranged.
It is a formidable task for Albion against a Mariners side who ply their trade two divisions higher up the footballing pyramid and have made a fine start to the campaign - they enter the competition unbeaten in their six National League North games to date.
