Stuart Greenhalgh's Mid Cheshire crown green bowls round-up...

Away from home, Mid Cheshire had only four winners but as a team they managed to only lose by three points, 212-209.

To lose by three away, every member of the team has contributed, but also it shows just how important Debbie Williams' 21-3 win was to the overall result.

The second four was closer, with both teams having two winners, including a 21-4 success by Viv Raddy that kept them ahead with the last four to go on.

In the last four, Mid Cheshire only had one winner, which meant both teams had six winners.

Results: Nicola Boulton 21-16 Wendy Jackson, Stacey Linegar Orange 16-21 Karen Cross, Sue Worrall 21-15 Marie Worthington, Tamsin Birkett 21-13 Gill Alliott, Paula Gamon 17-21 Harriet Nettel, Viv Raddy 21-4 Ami Stone-Payne, Sandra Gillfedder 21-16 Olivia Ede, Mandy Maxwell 12-21 Phoebe Harrison, Dawn Nield 21-19 Danniella Hartshorn, Andrea Bell 15-21 Janet Needham, Bethany Matthias 17-21 Dannii Cordin, Alisha Marshall 15-21 Sharon Tatem.
