NORTHWICH Rugby Union Club will be represented on cup finals day.
Blacks’ second XV will be one of 12 teams from clubs across the north west to head into a showdown on Saturday, May 2, in the Impact Rugby North West Leagues Barry Allen Memorial Cup Finals.
The finals comprise six games at two venues, Ormskirk RUFC in West Lancashire, and Aldwinians RUFC in Manchester.
144 teams began the cup journey last autumn, and Northwich are one to have come through successive rounds to reach a silverware finale.
Blacks’ decider will be the second match to be played at Aldwinians, where they will face Oxton Parkonians 1st XV in the Division Three Bowl Final, kick-off 1.45pm.
Their tie will follow the Division Four Shield Final between Dukinfield seconds and Old Bedians firsts, kick-off noon, and precede the Division One Jug Final between Blackburn seconds and Sandbach seconds at 3.30pm.
