NEW beginners' boxing classes are starting in Northwich.
Superbox Boxing Gym, which was established two years ago, will be running six-week sessions for boys and girls aged eight to 16 at Rudheath Academy on Tuesdays between 6pm and 7pm.
The gym, which is a non-profit organisation, is run by certified coaches who are trained in first aid and safeguarding and they are promising to follow age-appropriate programmes, enhance physical fitness and well-being, and engage youngsters in enjoyable fitness-themed games and activities.
The sessions, which are £5 per visit, are aimed at fostering confidence, discipline and positive relationships.
