The Grey Lambs went close to extending the margin on several occasions while at the other end, goalkeeper Jacob Kirwan was required to make some good saves to keep the visitors out.
Lostock are 21 points behind Cheshire Football League Premier Division leaders FC St Helens but have seven games in hand on the table-toppers.
They are due to travel to Crewe FC tomorrow night, kick off 7.15pm, before a trip to Winstanley Warriors on Saturday, kick off 2pm.
