The full-day festival started with a mass warm-up as all players bounced up and down to a routine led by Instinct Gym and Well Being from Tarporley.

"It was an amazing sight to see," said a club spokesman.

"The sun shone all day and each team got to play seven other teams in a round-robin format.

"The core rugby values of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship were evident from start to finish."
