1874 NORTHWICH could not see out what would have been a third league victory in a row this afternoon.
They were held to a 1-1 draw at Glossop North End having led at half-time through Ash Woods' goal.
However, Sam Barratt levelled matters for the hosts just after the hour mark at Surrey Street.
In the North West Counties League, it was a difficult afternoon for Northwich Victoria as they were hammered 5-1 at Lower Breck.
Steve Wilkes' side were already 3-0 down by the time Ashley Dunn scored what turned out to be their only goal of the afternoon.
Stephen Milne, twice, Sam Turner, Leighton McGivern and Ryan Beigan were on target for the Liverpool-based side.
