MIDDLEWICH Town Reserves celebrated their league title success in style on Saturday.
The champagne had been on ice for weeks, but it was certainly flowing after the Witches brought the curtain down on an unbeaten league campaign with a 2-1 home win against Garswood United.
Even though they have been clear of the field for a while in Cheshire League Reserve Division One, four successive wins in May showed they were not prepared to let their standards drop.
They won 15 and drew two of their 17 games.
