LOSTOCK Gralam will be at home in the quarter finals of the Cheshire Football League's JB Parker Cup on Saturday.

The Grey Lambs have been drawn to face Altrincham Reserves on Saturday, with the game kicking off at 2pm.

A semi-final meeting with either Broadheath Central or Winstanley Warriors awaits the winners of the tie.

Spectators are welcome at Manchester Road for the game thanks to the lifting of Covid restrictions, with entry costing £3.

Lostock and Saturday's opponents Billinge had already qualified for the last eight but Saturday's meeting between the two still had top spot in Group A at stake.

They were 1-0 up thanks to a Liam Fitzgerald own goal when Jack Woolley was dismissed on the half-hour mark for kicking home goalkeeper Kieran Halliday.

However, Joe Woolley and Ryan Jackson then struck to put them into a 3-0 lead and in control.

Billinge mounted a fightback and goals from Zak Riley and Lewis Jones reduced the deficit to one goal with more than 20 minutes of the game still to play.

The hosts threw everything at them and goalkeeper Jacob Kirwan was required to make some good saves, but the Grey Lambs held on for a deserved victory.
