WINNINGTON Park suffered a heavy away defeat.
They arrived at Port Sunlight with only 10 men and had a distinctly youthful look about them, with four players under the age of 20.
There were first-team debuts for Will Pimblatt and Ernie Bratherton.
Sunlight posted 277-6 including a century for skipper Simon Melberzs.
James Hendry took three wickets and Peter Room, two.
In reply Park were all out for 51, with only Sam Barnes (24) and Tom Evans (10) getting into double figures.
Park’s second XI (155-6 off 40 overs) continued their winning start to the season against Warrington fourths (102 all out).
Will Woodhead (49) and Andrew Barrett with 28 not out top scored for Park.
In Warrington’s reply wickets were shared between Shingler (3), Paterson (3), Hanson (2) and Houghton.
