A NEW date has been announced for the postponed Northwich 'derby' between Northwich Victoria and Winsford United.

The North West Counties League Premier Division game will now be played on Tuesday, December 10, with a 7.45pm kick off at Wincham Park.

Vics and Blues were due to face off on November 12 but the game fell foul of the inclement weather and was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Meanwhile, Vics have been drawn to face National League North side Stockport County in the Cheshire Senior Cup.

Wincham Park will host the tie on Wednesday, January 8, kick off 7.45pm.
