MEET the 12-year-old Delamere Forest golfer who will be sharing the fairways with the likes of Rory McIlroy next summer.
Aaron Mohun won the right to play at the prestigious British Masters Pro-Am alongside some of the world’s best players by beating some of the best players of his age in the country.
He picked up the under 12 boys trophy at the Lookers sponsored Junior Masters at Close House, the course that will stage the British Masters in July.
Mohun posted the highest net score of 68 in chilly but excellent conditions on the Lee Westwood Colt course and that was enough for him to take the victory.
He can now look forward to sharing the stage with players like McIlroy, Danny Willett and Sergio Garcia at the Newcastle course.
