WITTON Albion completed a double over Workington thanks to Ben Harrison’s brace of goals on a sun-drenched afternoon at Wincham Park.
The defender reacted instinctively to direct an overhead kick over goalkeeper Aaron Taylor to put Carl Macauley’s men ahead inside the opening 10 minutes.
He then leapt higher than his marker to meet River Humphreys’ free-kick with a thumping downward header after an hour.
It put the hosts out of Reds’ reach, leaving the Cumbrian outfit seven points adrift of a resurgent Mickleover Sports – Albion's hosts on Tuesday night.
Who stood out for you in Albion’s colours?
