Who?

Northwich Victoria and Irlam, who did not play on Saturday after their scheduled encounter with Chertsey Town was postponed, are the remaining representatives from the North West Counties League’s top-flight.

The bookmakers’ favourites are Hebburn Town, although they too must play a rearranged last 16 encounter with Northern League rivals West Auckland Town, and Sholing.

Sholing, too good for Sporting Khalsa, know what it takes to reach the final after lifting the trophy in 2014.

Biggleswade, 6-1 conquerors of Windsor, Canterbury City, Cray Valley and Willand Rovers complete a line-up for the last eight.

How it works

If a first match is drawn after 90 minutes, then extra-time is played.

Providing both clubs agree in advance, that same game can go to a penalty shoot-out to decide a winner if the scores remain level after an added half-hour.

Should both clubs prefer a replay in the event of a draw after extra-time, then it must be played on or before the following Saturday.

Path to this stage for Vics

2QR Sep 16 Maltby Main (h) 2-0

Northwich Victoria came from behind to eliminate Eastern Counties League Premier Division title-hopefuls Histon on Saturday.

Darryhl Mason replied to Dan Brown’s opener for the Stutes and the teams could not be separated inside 90 minutes.

However goals during the added half-hour from Mason, again, and substitute Jordan Darr settled the outcome in Vics’ favour.

What do the bookmakers say?

Bet Victor have installed Northern League side Hebburn Town and 2014 winners Sholing as joint 3/1 favourites with West Auckland Town next best a at 4/1.

Vics are now rated as 8/1 shots to lift the trophy at Wembley in May following their 3-1 win against Histon.
