Barnton Wanderers bowed out following a 3-1 defeat at Cheshire League side Holmes Chapel.
Madeley White Star, conquerors of Mary Dendy, and Sandbach Curshaws - who edged Tarporley Victoria in following a penalty shoot-out earlier this month, complete the last-four line-up.
The only scheduled fixture in the Crewe and District League's top-flight, between Clock Tower and Sandbach Town, was postponed.
